I am an Accredited Artist Designer of the Stained Glass Association of America, recipient of its Lifetime Achievement Award, and Senior Advisor of The American Glass Guild and internationally recognized for my free contemporary glass painting and architectural stained glass commissions.
I was always a painter, first in traditional mediums, and then in stained glass. I love the touch of a brush, whether spontaneous, calm, or strong. My abstract designs always relate to the architecture and the needs of the viewer- increasingly involved with landscape, light and space. The women of this group supported me as I moved from making small work, to larger architectural projects. Every time we met, I came away with a new joy and sense of purpose. Always encouraging, I am grateful to them.
